Last month, I had the joy of leading a yoga class for at Saint Joseph’s Arts Society—a room full of amazing humans bringing the best energy. ✨

We moved, flowed, and grooved to the beats of , with on the harmonium and giving hands on assists. 🎶

We wrapped it all up with a giant dance party, and it was pure magic! 🪄 💃🏼 🪩
