Working out, eating right, and living life (can I hear a Woot Woot for all of the above?) can have its ups and downs! I know I have found the most success when others have been part of my fitness journey. It's pure awesomeness to have someone cheer you on and share in your success, and it's equally amazing to have a community of people help you push through challenges when you just don't think you have it in you. Having a community of support also provides accountability, and who out there couldn't use a little bit of that? Eating right and staying physically active can transform your life. I truly think that there is an activity, program, or path for EVERYONE to reach their potential. Small changes, realistic goals, accountability, and a good dose of humor along the way makes a big difference. It can be as simple as adding a 10 minute walk to your day and cutting one thing out of your diet; OR it can mean challenging yourself to achieve a high level of athletic performance and sticking to a nutrition plan to support that goal.
