More than what you cook. More than how many vegetables your kids eat. More than your weight or height or personal style (or if you’re wearing real pants right now). More than how many followers you have. More than what you do for work. More than what house you live in. More that how polite your kids are. More than how much TV you (or your kids) watch. More than ______ (you fill in the blank)!

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, I’m taking a step back from posting here for the remainder of the month to get my footing. There is a lot going on in our world at the moment and quite a bit in my little world too and I could use some time away to refocus.

If you could use some time away from the gram, I encourage you to do so too. Call a friend, hang on someone’s porch, map out some goals, take a nap, see a counselor virtually, read an inspiring book, hug your family, offer help to a neighbor, find a local organization to support. These are all on my list because to me they are life giving, but they don’t have to be on yours. Hugs to all of you! 💕
