This picture is from way back in 2015. I traveled to Hampton College in Virginia to teach a one-day class on Intergenerational Communication Strategies. I also taught this to some soldiers at the local Air Force base.

If you want to have healthier lungs, a great way is to quit smoking or using to***co. If you have Medicare, you can get help to stop and with annual lung cancer screenings.

Medicare is an important benefit for American's 65 and older (and some younger folks too under certain circumstances). It can be quite confusing to understand all the rules and necessary steps, benefits, etc. I'm here to help.

This is Ross. Back in 2020, I helped him when he reached out to me the day before his open heart surgery. The hospital told him that he would be responsible for the entire bill of $550,000!

I knew that couldn't be right and got to work. In the end, he paid NOTHING! That's why he is smiling!
