Driving too fast can make normal situations feel dangerous. The same thing happens at work, in relationships, and at home. Take stock of your speed. Slow down when you need to; it's good for your mental health.

“‘Hate is just as injurious to the hater as it is to the hated." Dr. King reminds us that many inner conflicts live inside unhealed pain. Take care of your mental health, sing, pray, laugh, dance, talk to someone, or seek help if you need it. Liberation begins within. Happy MLK Day.

Forgiveness is about your healing. Reconciliation is about restored access. You can forgive and still love from a distance, to protect your peace.

Life doesn’t warn us when challenges show up, but how we care for ourselves on the climb makes all the difference. Honor it. Prepare for it. You’ll grow from it this year.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone I had the pleasure of working with this year. When we do this work together, we’re gonna be alright. Now get out my office, but watch this video first. See you next year!

When it’s time to write those New Year’s resolutions, focus on the true you. The honest parts. The messy parts. That’s where the strength lives. Let this year’s resolution be about your mental health and overall wellness. #2026

Not everyone is celebrating the same way this year.
For some, this is their first Christmas without someone they love.
Reach out. Don’t be weird. Just be kind.

Sometimes the person who hurt you never takes responsibility, but forgiveness isn’t for them, it’s for you, so you can heal, protect your peace, and move forward.

Holidays can bring joy and chaos. Before you arrive, set your boundaries: what you’ll talk about, what you’ll eat and drink, and when to say no. You can love your family without losing your peace.

Family, your presence matters more than the presents you buy. Don’t let holiday spending wreck your mental health. Breathe, eat that pie, enjoy your people, without the pressure.
