Meet Holly Knotowicz, MS, CCC-SLP!
Holly is a Speech Language Pathologist who specializes in feeding, dysphagia, and neurogenic disorders. She works with patients of all ages, helping them improve their quality of life through individualized, evidence-based care.
Her work is also deeply personal. Living with eosinophilic esophagitis herself, Holly understands the challenges her patients face and is passionate about helping others navigate eating and swallowing disorders with confidence.

Join our Intro to Feeding class on April 1, led by Speech Language Pathologist Holly Knotowicz, MS, CCC-SLP and Katie Whidden, MS, OTR/L. This therapist-led session is designed for parents and caregivers of children ages 2-12 and offers practical, realistic strategies you can use right away.
You’ll learn how to reduce mealtime stress, encourage safe food exploration, help your child expand food choices, and make family meals more enjoyable for everyone.
Dr. Foust-Wright specializes in Urogynecology and loves the balance of surgical care and long-term treatment that can meaningfully improve her patients’ quality of life. She takes pride in listening closely, understanding each patient’s goals, and tailoring care to their individual needs in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Originally from Oklahoma and now a longtime New Englander, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three kids, and two puppies. When she’s not chauffeuring her kids to activities or skiing, you might find her beekeeping, learning to bake bread, or taking pottery classes with a friend.

For InterMed patients seeking care beyond normal hours, or when their provider is not available, we offer a seven-day-a-week Urgent Care, as well as our Extended Primary Care weekend clinic.
InterMed also provides on-site urgent care and physical therapy services at IDEXX, as well as physical therapy and occupational medicine at L.L.Bean and SAPPI.
