If you need pet food, stop by Mutts Coffee in Beaverton!
6 days ago, we posted about needing dog food after we went a week without a food donation and struggled to meet the increasing needs of our little pet pantry that could, here in downtown Beaverton, where the last three months, we have been helping pet owners in need, right outside our front door, with our little 24 pet supply bank.
The response was overwhelming.
The donations just kept coming.
The first day. The second day. Then the third. And by weekend’s end, we had to rearrange furniture *inside* the coffeeshop to accommodate the sudden influx of dog and cat food and other supplies.
The message is so clear- there is a whole community of animal loving folks who want to help people help their pets through the storms we are weathering
We have one even greater need at this very moment in time that we need all of your help with: please, please, please help us spread the word about this resource that is available to the community.
These donations are available to all community members and we do not require paperwork. You can drop by anytime to access the items kept out front or stop in during our business hours to access the items in the backroom.
Know someone who needs assistance but can’t mobilize to our shop? You can take items on their behalf.
Please help us get the word out about this opportunity for Washington County pet owners in need! We know there are many resources available in Multnomah County and we are hoping to fill some of the service gaps on the westside.
