Fans only see the set. They do not see the work that made the set possible.

The real job happens in the advance: routing, budgets, stage plots, hospitality, load-in, and constant communication.

If those details are getting sorted out on show day, the job was already done wrong.

At PSP, we over-communicate so our artists do not have to split their focus. They can lock in and perform.
