As we all know the giving season is fast approaching, especially this year is difficult with the shut down and some workers have been called back but still not getting paid (obviously they will be getting back pay eventually but that doesn't help right now), We also have 170,000 people in Maine who were set to get Snap Assistance on November 1st, that money for food is not coming, meaning the food they bought on October first is probably about gone.
