If you have a hard time quieting your mind, Reiki can be a big help! Having a space away from home/your usual life, that is specifically set up for quiet introspection, and setting the intention to just receive makes such a huge difference! As someone with ADHD I find it can be especially supportive to have Reiki energy and the presence of another person who is helping me through co-regulation to be calm and centered. π β¨
