First blooms of the season. My garden isn’t getting as much love and attention as I’d like with little Tills keeping me busy. But my faithful peonies and roses are still going strong. I’m particularly enamored with the hedge of climbing roses I planted when we first moved in. It’s co-opted the neighbors bamboo as a trellis and the two plants together are messy and enormous and lovely.
