Before rushing past emotions or pushing into “cheerfulness,” I invite you into a simple daily ritual:

🌑 Step 1: Acknowledge the Darkness

Take a quiet breath.

It lives in the jaw that clenches, the breath that disappears, the fists that tighten before you even realize you’re bracing.

Your place of power begins the moment you stop treating anger like ammunition… and start treating it like information.

🔥Anger isn’t who you are.

It’s a signal that a boundary has been crossed, a need ignored, and a part of you is acknowledging that “something’s not right.”

When you’ve lived through trauma, anger can feel dangerous… explosive… or shameful.

But here’s the reframe that changes everything:

🔥 Anger doesn’t need to be fired. It needs to be felt.

When you let it move through your body instead of out onto someone else, you reclaim the power that trauma tried to take.

This is what true power actually looks like:

✨ Pausing before reacting
✨ Feeling the heat without burning yourself
