Once again I want to thank the 50+ people who came out and joined me on Thanksgiving morning for my 5th Annual 5K! It was another successful year. I can't wait to do it all again in 2026! Happy holidays once again to you all!!!

Guess what? It's that time again! Come out and celebrate my 5th Annual JGee Fitness 5K! Each year has grown and I'm expecting the same this year. Remember you can run, jog or walk!!

The goal is to have fun before you eat!

The price is $5/per person. Please make sure that EVERYONE participating fills out a waiver or has one filled out for them.

Makayla is literally jumping out of the gym! On Friday night she told her dad on Saturday she wanted to go for 40! On Saturday she showed up and showed ALL THE WAY OUT!
