Delia’s massage time! A “day off” for me is typically just massage day for my own dogs🤪🩷🥰

Delia is still just a baby, so her sessions are typically brief and simple. This was her first time needing some trigger point work, and she handled it beautifully. With appropriate conditioning, we’ve built a strong foundation of trust that allows us to do the work she needs—even when it’s a little sensitive.🥰🐕

An update and a thank you for all of your patience as I catch up on scheduling and session reports. As many of you know, I lost a huge piece of my family last weekend. Lula was my inspiration and drive in stepping into animal massage, as such she is my logo and namesake for my equine business. She lived a beautiful life of almost 29 years, 10 of which I was so fortunate to spend with her. I would not be where I am today without her.
I thank you all for your continued patience, grace and support as I navigate my new normal.❤️

Ace clearly got the memo—post-massage naps are mandatory 😴
After his routine bodywork session, this sweet Frenchie settled right in for a well-earned snooze. Massage helps relax tight muscles, improve circulation, and calm the nervous system, making it easier for dogs like Ace to fully let go and rest.
For French Bulldogs, regular bodywork is especially beneficial. Their compact build and muscular necks, shoulders, and hind ends often carry extra tension. Massage can help support spinal comfort, improve mobility, encourage better breathing mechanics, and reduce compensatory strain that develops from their unique structure. Routine sessions also promote body awareness and long-term comfort—so they can keep doing what they do best: being adorable and recharging between adventures 💙🐾
