🌱 Spring peeping, geese flying, robin sighting, salamander crossing, daffodil popping, boot stomping, sap boiling, yard cleaning, mud tracking, tire changing, bike riding, window cracking, soul lifting time of the year!! SPRING IN VERMONT is like a breath of fresh air — quite literally.

It's also when I feel inspired to reset our family's wellness rituals.

More time outside is a GIFT. But seasonal transitions also mean kids have whole-heartedly refused their winter coats (even at a balmy 45°) and we're stirring up every dust bunny in the corners of the house. And of course, with the tulips comes the pollen.
