🍀 Our monthly Prague 4-H meeting was one for the books thanks to Wendy Slusher-Rich for the very hands on presentation/workshop for our members!!! 👏 👏 👏 thank you so much for doing this.

Our members got to not only learn about drawing blood and how to tube a calf, but also got to experience it themselves one on one with "George" the calf and then also got to assist "Sally" the sow deliver a litter of piglets.

I feel very confident that the members who got to experience this today will remember this meeting for years to come. 💚

Registration is still open for Dog Adventure Day! Activities will take place on November 8, at Totusek Arena in Stillwater OK. Will over 8 dog sports/activities to try out, there is no reason to stay home!

Cost to attend: $25 for three events for the general public (limit 9 years and older)
$15 for members of Oklahoma 4-H.

All proceeds will go towards supporting the Oklahoma 4-H Dog project!

The Pie contest is back this year for the pig roast and auction and there are several categories for the competition. Rules/More attached in pictures.

If you want to enter in the contest, you will need to drop off your pies off on Friday October 24th from 3:30-4:30 at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds, Oklahoma.

We held our 4-H Officer Elections yesterday following the monthly meeting. Thank you to everyone who participated! I didn't get a group photo after the election of the new Officer team, but will next month!

I am very proud of each one of you who stepped up to run for an officer position, regardless if you ended up winning it or not, so great job everyone! 👏 👏 👏

🍀 Mark your calendars and plan to attend the Lincoln County 4-H Pig Roast & Auction:
📅 Saturday, October 25th at 6:30pm
📍 Agri-Civic Center at Lincoln County Fairgrounds, Oklahoma
🎟 Meal Tickets for a yummy Pork dinner are $10/ each in advance, or $12/ each at the door the night of. Any Prague 4-H member can sell you a ticket, just let us know!

🍀 This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and all money raised goes to pay for the 4-H members of Lincoln county to go on Leadership Trips, Scholarships and many other needs among the way.

🍀 Also, if you have something you'd wish to donate for the auction portion please let us know and we will put you on our list to have 4-H members come by!
