1 year between photos. 4 months of progress with ASD Fitness.

We have had to fight through medical issues, Life issues, and her love of travel (which means FOOD issues 🤣) She shows up, goes to the gym when out of town, & always has a good attitude. Consistency is the Key, along with the NEVER GIVE UP attitude.
