These warm rays are like re-charge energy & we’re loving it!

Drank my ice-cold watermelon goodness before our walk & suddenly I'm channeling zen master + Energizer bunny. Sharp focus to spot every squirrel or moving leaf, before Sparky does, steady stamina so I don't fade mid-pull-fest, and patience levels on god-tier (because 5-month-old Sh*t-Poo zoomies test souls, y'all 😂🐶).

No crash, no jitters—just me out here handling leash chaos like a boss while this fluffy tan/white/light-red curiosity gremlin tries to eat the bitter-sprayed leash anyway – ok but it’s definitely helpful.

Patio chill sesh now feels earned in the warm sunshine.

At 55 years old, a Cancer Warrior of 24 years & almost 4 years into my own Healthy Lifestyle Journey ~ I’ve found a passion in the Fitness world.

After 3.5 years of working out w/ the TRX Suspension Training System w/ my own personal trainer, I decided to get my Certification. I’m a Health & Wellness Lifestyle coach so this was the perfect marriage of Food, Nutrition & Fitness in order for me to serve all my clients the best way possible in achieving their goals.

Whether you’re a beginner when it comes to exercising or more experienced, this low resistance, high impact, TRX Suspension training is perfect for everyone. We can modify the resistance that works best for YOU by changing up your foundational movements.

I look forward to being on this healthy journey with you going on hikes, walks, bike rides & of course TRX baby! ~ Training sessions available within the Quad Cities area of AZ (and virtually).
