Give yourself the gift of peace and relaxation as we move through the holiday season! Class will consist of some gentle, restorative yoga accompanied by guided meditation and sound healing instruments played on or around the body. To close out the evening, you will have the opportunity to lie back comfortably in Savasana/Final Resting Pose for The Sound Bath, welcoming healing tones and vibrations to lull you into deep relaxation and restoration 💛🧡❤️

May is a busy month! There’s lots of happenings and activities and events.
All the planning—some planning and gardening… or knocking out those spring time projects…others planning and coordinating summer trips.
Kids finishing up the school year, excited about summer break! ☀️

BUT, with all that’s going on in our lives during this active season, it’s important we reserve some time to slow down and rest, too. What better way to close out the month of May than with a rejuvenating Sound Bath!
I will guide you through some light, restorative yoga all the while curating sound frequencies using singing bowls, chimes, a gong, and percussion instruments and closing with a peaceful, relaxing Sound Bath Meditation.

Come experience the magic of sonic waves 🎶

🧘🏽‍♀️ Ashtanga style yoga is similar to vinyasa, being that the breath guides and flows every movement. It’s a practice that is a testament to strength & flexibility, while maintaining a sense of ease and steadiness. But not just strength and flexibility of the body—the mind as well!
I promise you can do it ❤️‍🔥 New things may be challenging at first, but therein lies the beauty and the magic and the lesson. I give modifications & variations in the form of later steps that will guide you as you journey and progress through your own practice. Nothing is impossible! Trust yourself.

•Only 1 spot open for the Gentle Yoga w/ Sound class at 7pm!

🪇🪘 This slow flow, gentle yoga class will be guided/instructed by Amanda Forrest while I provide an array of musical accompaniments. The Sound Healing along with movement will nourish the body, mind, and soul with all the healing vibrational energies.

Thank you so much to Amanda Forrest over at The NRG Gym for welcoming me to your space.

The focus of this Restorative Yoga Class & Sound Bath will be all about Self-Awareness and Self-Acceptance. We’ll begin with a short and sweet gentle yoga flow followed by some Restorative Yoga postures to wind down in mind and body as preparation for the Sound Bath to close out the class. I will be playing multiple instruments accompanied by guided meditation to create an atmosphere of deep relaxation! We’ll be settling into a space of comfort and stillness as the sound waves carry us away.

This is the perfect opportunity to explore your inner world, experience peace and tranquility, ease tension and stress, and balance the mind, body, and spirit. The goal is to leave feeling harmonious and activate our body’s innate healing ability.
