Upper & Lower Blepharoplasty W/ Fat transfer - 2 months post op:

Our lovely patient is shown here, 2 months post op. To achieve this refreshed and balanced result, I performed an upper blepharoplasty to alleviate lid heaviness and a lower blepharoplasty to remove prominent fat pads.
