📣 Please join us in welcoming Alexandra Jesurum back to Monarch as the new Operations Coordinator for all New York buildings!

Alexandra brings nearly 20 years of experience in assisted living, having grown from a dining room server at age 16 to roles including Memory Care Director, Case Management Director, and Assisted Living Director. She also holds a degree in Gerontology, reinforcing her commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care. Alexandra previously served as Memory Care Director at Coopers Corner and is thrilled to return to Monarch to continue contributing to a mission she wholeheartedly believes in.

Known for her dedication, leadership, and passion for building supportive communities, Alexandra strives to create environments where both residents and employees feel valued and at home.

Outside of work, Alexandra enjoys spending time with her 10-year-old daughter, proudly cheering her on at dance practices, rehearsals, and shows. She also loves exploring new restaurants and has an interest in mixology from her early bartending experience.

Today our team kicked off Thanksgiving week with a fun pre-holiday potluck! 🦃✨
Everyone brought in a dish to share, and the room was full of good food, laughter, and great company. It was such a hit that we’re already planning another one for December! ❤️

Olena brings over five years of Business Office Manager experience and more than 15 years in bookkeeping and financial administration. She is highly skilled in billing, payroll, accounts management, and supporting day-to-day business operations.
What truly sets Olena apart is her compassionate approach, she genuinely enjoys helping residents and their families navigate financial and administrative matters with clarity, patience, and care.

Known for her strong attention to detail, reliability, and warm interpersonal style, Olena is excited to bring her expertise to Brandywine and contribute to a positive resident experience.

Outside of work, Olena cherishes time with her family and especially adores her young grandson. She is also a proud corgi owner and enjoys hiking, swimming, yoga, reading, and sketching—activities that keep her grounded and inspired.

🌸💜Today we gathered with students from Princeton High School’s Arts Council Club and created handmade cards and small gifts to donate to Penn Medicine, spreading joy and kindness throughout the community. These items will be distributed to various patient floors including pediatrics, behavioral health, and the cancer center. We are excited to meet again next month to take on a new project together!
