Angel Talk Mercer County The N.O.A.H organization offers pregnancy, infant, and child loss support for anyone that has lost a child, at any age.

The Angel Talk group was founded by Jenifer and Ruth. Jenifer founded the N.O.A.H- Now Our Angels in Heaven organization after her son Noah was stillborn. Ruth founded the Corbin Story after the death of her three month old son to heart defects. Together, they now offer a child loss support group for anyone affected by child loss in southern West Virginia. They hold meetings for parents, grandparents, cousins, and siblings affected by child loss. Joleigh's Chapter was established in 2015 by Monica Lucas as part of Angel Talk, making it the 3rd Chapter of Angel Talk.
