Chases Warriors Foundation was created to help make a difference in the lives of children who have special challenges. We provide adaptive equipment to let them get out and be kids.

Nate is a determined young boy who experiences challenges with strength, endurance, and coordinating complex movements, which can make walking and longer periods of activity difficult. Nate first used a Levity Walker in physical therapy, and the experience was unforgettable. He lit up with joy as he ran unassisted for the very first time. After that, Nate’s family knew they wanted him to experience that joy at home.

On top of greater freedom, the Levity Walker also helps Nate build the strength and balance needed to work toward independent walking. This equipment is a vital part of his therapeutic plan, creating more opportunities for Nate to explore, learn, and stay active alongside his friends. This device offers us a hopeful vision of Nate’s future—a life where he can grow, thrive, and experience greater independence. Keep on smiling, Nate!

Gabriel is a resilient seven-year-old who thrives when he can participate fully and engage with those around him. He faces mobility and positioning challenges that make everyday activities more difficult, from sitting comfortably at the table to engaging with friends and loved ones.
Thanks to this grant, Gabriel now has a Rifton Activity Chair that supports him exactly where he needs it. The chair helps him sit upright, move more freely, and join in the learning and fun happening around him.
With improved comfort and independence, Gabriel can focus on what he loves most: discovering the world with a big smile and being part of every moment!

Shane was diagnosed with leukemia at age eight, and a complication during treatment led to a significant brain injury. Through every challenge, he has stayed strong and surrounded by his tight-knit siblings, known proudly as the “Lang Gang.” Some of their happiest memories together are from their days enjoying the sun and sand on the beach.
Thanks to his new Extreme Motus All-Terrain Chair, Shane will soon have a beach-capable wheelchair that brings those moments back. He can once again feel the ocean breeze, hear the waves, and cheer on his siblings at their games.
His mom shares:
“Those sounds, those laughs… they would create more joy for him than anything else I can imagine. Here’s a picture of when we made it to Robert Moses beach for the first time! It was so great to get Shane back to our old happy place. This chair is amazing and we really appreciate your generosity in making this happen.”

That smile says it all! Weylan knows no bounds in his new Levity Gait Trainer. He may need assistance to take his steps, but with his new Gait Trainer, Weylan has the freedom to move to his own rhythm! The Levity Gait Trainer bears some of Weylan’s weight, enabling him to strengthen his core, practice standing and moving around, and explore his surroundings. On top of the physical benefits, Weylan’s parents and family have noticed he is more motivated than ever to engage with his loved ones and friends in his Levity Gait Trainer. There’s a whole world out there waiting for you, Weylan!

Meet Christopher! Christopher is a young man who loves his new Levity chair almost as much as he loves his sister. Previously, Christopher’s family constructed a chair from household items that was suspended from the ceiling to help him move around. While he loved that chair, his new Levity chair is expertly designed to help him engage more fully in social interactions, enhance his physical development, and make daily tasks much easier. The Levity chair is not only a medical necessity for Christopher, but it also greatly improves Christopher’s quality of life and happiness. The first thing Christopher did with his new chair was dance to his favorite TV show and play ball with his sister! Enjoy, Christopher.

That smile says it all! Maeleigh is loving her new GRIT Freedom Chair. Ever since trying one out at a cerebral palsy event last year, Maeleigh has been coveting the GRIT Freedom, and now she finally has one of her own! The chair supports trunk strength and head control, as well as granting greater mobility to the user. While the weather has been too chilly for Maeleigh to take it outside just yet, she is looking forward to making full use of her new chair this summer. Maeleigh’s mom shared a special note of thanks to the Chase’s Warrior Foundation supporters who contributed to Maeleigh’s chair. “Thank you so much to Chase’s Warrior Foundation and to all of the supporters and donors that make great things like this happen!”

Madeline is in love with her new Levity Gait Trainer! While Madeline has tried other adaptive equipment, she has never loved one quite as much as her new “Levi.” As soon as Madeline has finished breakfast in the morning, she asks her parents to play in it. Whether she’s exploring the kitchen cabinets, helping her family unload the dishwasher and making the silverware go “clang” into the drawer, turning the kitchen lights on and off, stomping, clapping, jumping or singing, all of Madeline’s favorite things are made easier and more fun by her new Levi. The world is yours, Madeline!

Madeline’s parents shared, “Not a day goes by that I don’t think about what you have done for our daughter Madeline by funding her Levity Gait Trainer. We are so incredibly grateful.”

Watch out, world! Two-year-old Asher is hitting the streets in his new Special Tomato Push Chair with a soft-touch liner. Asher requires a lot of support to sit, stand, and walk. Previously, he had enjoyed being carried by his parents, but he is growing quickly and was craving a special vehicle of his own to take on the world around him. His Push Chair supports better posture by providing proper support, as well as enabling him to engage more with his community.

Little Miss Mila is having the time of her life enjoying her new Worksman Development Trike! After a long stay in the hospital reduced her gross and fine motor skills, Mila has been hard at work restoring her muscular function. With her new Trike, Mila is able to build her strength and muscle coordination, enjoy more independence day-to-day, and rock around her neighborhood with her sisters and friends. Mila is getting stronger and stronger each day she uses her Trike. She works hard in physical therapy, but her new bike brings her joy when she comes home. Even better, Mila’s Trike is collapsible, allowing her to take it with her for grand adventures outside the neighborhood. We can’t wait to see how far you go, Mila!

Luke is defying gravity with his new Levity Walker, provided in part by Chase’s Warrior Foundation! The Levity Walker’s thoughtful design enables Luke to explore his world with greater independence, building muscle and improving bone health along the way. Luke’s new favorite tool also locks into place with his Hypervibe machine. With this combination of happy helpers, Luke is getting stronger every day and finding fun and exciting new ways to play. The Levity Walker is the best-suited gait trainer for Luke’s needs, combining comfort and style to ensure that Luke is feeling good as he develops good walking habits and a sense of adventure!

Jedediah is a young man with a zest for life, an inspiring work ethic, and a positive attitude that could bring a smile to anyone’s face. And now, with his new adaptive bicycle, Jed is exploring a whole new world of opportunities! When he’s not cruising around in his bicycle, Jed uses his wheelchair to navigate. His new bike allows him the chance to strengthen his muscles, increase his range of motion, and enjoy time with family and friends in the great outdoors. Jed’s favorite benefit of his new adaptive bicycle is the increased freedom he has to explore the world around him. Keep on riding, Jed! The world is your race track.

Jed’s family shared, “We wanted to thank you & the Chase's Warriors Foundation team so much for your support in getting Jed's bike. He is loving it! This bike will help to build strength and explore for years to come. It is truly a life changing gift.”

Kasia’s rocking and rolling with her new adaptive bicycle! In her active family, Kasia sometimes struggled to join her brothers and friends on bike rides due to difficulties with balancing and steering, but now she’s zooming ahead of the pack. Kasia got a lot of use out of her bike this summer, frequently telling her mom, “It’s awesome!” The new adaptive bicycle not only provides Kasia a fun way to socialize safely, but also offers a thrilling way to exercise, enjoy the great outdoors, and get moving. Kasia was able to take her bike to daycare and explore the local parks with her friends - something she hasn’t been able to take part in through years past.

Kasia’s mom shared “We wouldn’t have been able to get this for her without [Chase’s Warrior Foundation’s] assistance and are very appreciative of your organization!”
