In 2018, I studied pagoda structures and the curved roof gesture stayed with me. Years later, while sketching for a form with meaning and function, I kept returning to temple roofs and ritual altar tables. A timeline
The Oom (Ôm) means an indirect hug. We brought that perspective into a tissue clamp, because it’s like an hourglass that holds your moments: joy and sorrow, care and mistakes.
