A Systemic Constellation (object or live) expands our field of awareness and broadens our understanding. Once we expand our perception from the individual to the systemic, something incredible happens; the entire system responds and changes. It may feel implausible for something so simple to move and change a system that is so much older, larger and more powerful. Is it like trying to move the tide by putting our hand in
the ocean? The ocean is so vast and powerful and our hands so small and insignificant.

However, all human creation is the product of such small gestures. When a hand pushes the ocean, the entire ocean moves.

You can facilitate your own systemic Constellation using tuning-in, standing representation, and mapping your family system using objects placed on a tabletop.
Basic object constellations enable us to create shifts in our loyalties to the family system by working with the blocks and entanglements that interfere with our living in flow, aligning with your soul, and fulfilling our intentions and desires.

Just as we cleanse our bodies, homes, and emotions, our energetic field also requires regular tending. Object and altar constellations—the practice of intuitively arranging
symbolic objects to represent people, dynamics, or aspects of our lives—offer a powerful way to clear, realign, and harmonize our energy.

You might’ve noticed that our ACT Training begins on April 15th… which isn’t all that far away. And what happens in the space before a possible new beginning is something we call the “pre-field”.

The pre-field is everything that’s arising in response to a new possibility. It can bring up shadow, excitement, anxiety and even middle-of-the-night wakings that ponder “what’s the right move?”

And so, I wanted to share some of my heart and make a video speaking directly to what might be coming up in your pre-field, as your soul stirs the cauldron of your heart’s alchemy.
