Constellators & Curious minds,

This is the first time that The North American Systemic Constellation conference will be in person since the pandemic. It’s a perfect opportunity to meet your peers, meet other trainers and facilitators and to learn what’s new in the industry.

Constellations have become the fastest growing modality in the United States and around the world. There are so many new ways to constellate, and in different settings -… if you’re a facilitator or looking for a training, I really think this is going to be an incredible opportunity.

It’s time to start teaching yourself how to be an everyday psychic. You can use your body as an organ of perception that interacts with the non local consciousness in the Universe. You can use this to be psychic, to remote view to find objects that are lost, to be able to see into distant places…there are SO many things you can do.

But to start… you need to start exercising and training your body’s intuitive perception. This is how it begins. And if you’re not doing it, it’s like you’re living with only half of your senses - you’re really missing out on what’s available to you.

There are a million different tools out there to begin. Try playing with these ideas and you’ll get better every day.

Explore your “Unconscious as Artist” in the upcoming Alchemical Constellations Training where it becomes the core ingredient, mixed with your conscious intentions, to co-create your life’s alchemy.

My trusting dialogue with my unconscious will allow me to master what in my consciou state seems overwhelming and impossible. I trust my inner depths.

And individual may... struggle with traumatic inner constellations, and, by transformation of the trauma into works of art, achieve a certain mastery over the effect of trauma... the unconscious play work that a subject (person) devotes to any set of received ‘issues’ incubates an internal organization derived from and devoted to such effor. It could be that an idea will come to mind immediately, but more likely the symphonic idea will derive from intensive unconscious play work.” Christopher Bollas

To all the wild wanderers and wonderers…

I did a thing.

(If you know me, I do that sometimes… and it throws the whole herd of Seeing with Your Heart into a different rhythm).

I’ve learned that to lead an impactful and fulfilling life, to have meaning and make a difference, I need to trust and follow my creative impulses, the intuitive calls and nudges (sometimes full blown sweep me off my feet gusts of movement) from within. This spontaneity leads me towards what’s alive and luminous, and supports my soul to express the gift of this life. And honestly, it tells my guides, I hear you.. and I’m accountable to what’s being transmitted to me in real time… “YES! You can count on me.” And I want my inner magical child to feel I have time for her, all that she dreams has space for exploration and consideration.

This time, that call is carrying Dan and me south, across seas and thresholds, to Costa Rica to greet the turn of the Lunar New Year from the Yin Wood Snake of 2025 to the Fire Horse of 2026 in all its glory. From the deep freeze of New England weather and the political atmosphere of ICE, we’re being drawn into the lush embrace of the jungle to co-facilitate and humbly learn with and from a wild and wonderful herd of horses.

Why horses? Well, horses read rank and belonging, and they stabilize the young by staying connected to elders and land. Stress moves through the whole field, so regulation happens at the level of the herd, not the individual. In our current environment, we see families, histories, and migrations as living systems being shaped in real time by past violence and survival. It’s time for those of us who are change makers and facilitators of generational healing to access our indomitable spirit as we tend the herd of humanity… to be protectors and preservers of what is sacred, to support families, parents and children, and honor elders as anchors. It’s time we learn how to tend the collective nervous system to reduce harm upstream, repair ruptures, and restore belonging so future generations do not inherit fear or violence as a baseline.

When was the last time you followed your spontaneous desire? The call of your soul?

Begin by making contact with what brings you joy, gives your hope, lights you up, or warms your soul with a playful breeze. Press your feet into the earth and root deeply into the ground from which life on earth grows healthily toward the light. Tilt your heart to the sunlight, and imagine the doors of your heart being opened by the same fire that stretches from the hot Sun to the core of the Earth, the flame of life that burns within you. YOU ARE THE BRIDGE.

This is the place I attempt to live from as I follow the animistic drumbeat of my heart. When in rhythm, you can hear the hooves of the mythic horses begin to gallop as the soul of an idea begins to take shape. You can feel your body saddle the back of Mystery, drink in deep breaths, and cast its gaze to the future.

I can already feel the warmth on my skin, the sun on my face and the wind in my hair… (maybe because this retreat is only 2 weeks away?!)

If I’m honest, I’ve had multiple mind-changes about this last minute retreat booking. I’ve circled this decision more than once in moments of contraction where fear gets loud and certainty goes quiet:

“Can we actually pull this off? Does this serve the greater group and the greater good?”

Following my intuition is not always smooth. In fact, sometimes, it down right doesn't make logical sense.

And it’s easy to contract around the elements of ‘sense’ and ‘logic’ because we need this side of the equation too. But what’s raging amidst political upheaval and a patriarchal system of oppression that feeds on our fear, is something else entirely; the warmth of our hearts.
