Breakfast time💚 Sourdough Avocado Toast
Avocados are packed with good fats, fiber, potassium, and vitamins like K, E, and C. They help support heart health, can lower bad cholesterol, and keep you feeling full longer.
This is one of my go-to breakfasts during the week… simple, nourishing, and so good. Add an egg on top for extra protein 🥑🍳
