Looking to 're-home' two XXL Seahawks Jersey's. Two seasons ago these fit snugly, but as you can see below they are like circus tents on me now.

We’ve received notifications from pharmacies that some medication deliveries might be affected by the nationwide ice storms.

FedEx routes through Memphis, Tennessee, and has been severely impacted.

PUYALLUP CLINIC NEWS:

This weekend the intersection at 112th E and Woodland FINALLY re-opened!

There is lingering construction (they will be doing some work all the way east towards Canyon over the next two months) BUT roads are open in both directions on 112th E and access to our clinic should be 1000% easier than it has been the last few weeks.

Thank you to everyone for their patience and dealing with the hassle.

Hope everyone will be cheering them on Sunday to beat the Rams!

Today a new food 'pyramid' was released. And it really does turn the table on what had been shown for decades. (www.realfood.gov)

We support the new version as it aligns with what you hear from our clinic (a lot) - prioritize your Proteins! Also across the top are some of those higher fiber veggies that help prevent constipation!

What is missing though? Well we modified their chart and added the other key thing that makes such a difference for our patients - WATER. It really is the single biggest differentiator we see from our patients who do 'ok' week to week, versus those who do 'Exceptional!'.

Water - Protein - Eat Enough Cals - and Go #2 (Our 4 requirements from patients to be super successful along with their medications!)
