11 years later 🗓⏳👣 My DryEye success story.

I used to rely on hats and silicone-sealed sunglasses for everyday activities. And, yes, I even wore swim goggles on planes!

Fast-forward to today - thanks to cutting-edge tech and DryEye innovations, my eyes are mostly comfortable, and I can function at a higher level.

I'm honored to contribute to these innovations for fellow dry eye sufferers worldwide. ONWARD!!.

Accelerate NYC is a wrap!

Great news for patients! Doctors turned out in numbers to learn more about the OptiLight, OptiLift and TriLift technologies for helping patients achieve healthy, beautiful eyes!

The doctors were impressed with our independent blink quantification data. We developed a customized computer program to quantify the improvements in blink mechanics we achieve with TriLift and OptiLift for our DryEye/MGD patients.

At Periman Eye Institute, we carefully evaluate each patient to uncover the source of their ocular surface disease and then customize each treatment plan.
In this case of a young man in his late 20s, we see significant exposure keratitis and incomplete blinking in the context of prior LASIK.
Between January 2025 and September 2025, we were able to make tremendous gains with his eyelid inflammation and MGD using OptiLight with expression, followed by OptiLift treatments to address the abnormal blinking pattern and orbicularis muscle dysfunction to excellent results and symptom relief.
