Today is the last day of my class that started in February. I’m so grateful to have been on this learning journey with these amazing parents, and I know they’re heading into labor with the knowledge and confidence to advocate for themselves.

Birth can be unpredictable, but what we can control is the knowledge we carry, the strength we build, and the environment we create for the little one coming into this world. No matter how it unfolds
