🦉 “Ahhh, curious one… the googly eye rests for now. Seems fitting that our journey ends with Zen, doesn’t it? It’s in my name for a reason. Zen isn’t out there somewhere... it’s the still space you find when you remember to look within. Until next time, may your wobble be gentle, your wonder wide, and your Woo alive.” 👀

✨ (from ReNae) And just like that, we’ve reached the letter Z.

I started this journey almost a month ago as something fun with a character I’d been playing with… Zen Master Woo.🦉 What I didn’t expect was how much I’d come to love creating with him, and how deeply his wisdom (and his wobble) would weave their way into my own days. I’m sure you’ll see more of him soon. 👀

In the meantime, the ABCs of Woo may be complete, but the journey never really ends. Each letter has been a tiny reflection, a moment of remembering, a step toward the truth that you were never far from your center.

Zen isn’t a finish line. It’s the breath between moments, the space where effort turns into ease. It’s not something we earn… it’s something we allow. 🧘‍♀️

💫 Thank you for walking the alphabet with me. I hope these posts have brought you moments of contemplation, smiles, and maybe even a little reflection. Even better if you let yourself wobble toward wisdom (the googly eye knows, after all). Through your involvement, you’ve made this journey come alive for me.

If you’d like to revisit the letters (or meet them for the first time), the ABCs of Woo ebook is dropping soon! You’ll find the link in my bio.📚

🦉 “Ahhh, little one… you’ve walked the alphabet and wobbled toward wisdom. Each letter a lantern, each lesson a step back home. The googly eye sees your glow… brighter now than when we began.” 👀

✨ (from ReNae) This whole journey through the ABCs… every letter, insight, laugh, every little wobble toward center… has been about coming home to yourself. The learning, the growing, the shining: it’s all part of remembering who you’ve always been underneath the noise.

When we strip away the expectations, the comparisons, the shoulds, what’s left is the truest kind of authenticity: simply being the true You.

So, take a breath. Notice how far you’ve come since letter A. The lessons, the reflections, the soft openings in between. That’s the real treasure… finding the you who’s been waiting to be seen.

And remember… authenticity isn’t something we find. It’s something we remember, again and again. Each choice, each breath, each time we speak our truth… they’re all a representation of you returning to you.

👉 Let today be a celebration of that return. Not a grand finale, but a gentle acknowledgment: you are, and have always been, the magic you were searching for. Speak gently to yourself. Notice the small ways you shine just by being real. Let the learning settle. Let the growth breathe. And let your light shine in the small, ordinary ways it already does.

💫 If you’d like to revisit any letters, you can explore them in the highlights reel or request the free ebook (link in my bio).

🦉 “Ahhh, little one. You spend so long searching for your X… yet the mark has been under your feet all along. The googly eye knows: the treasure was never lost. It hides in plain sight, revealed the moment you pause, breathe, and notice what’s already here.” 👀

✨ (from ReNae) Sure, we had to help the X a little. There aren’t many words that start it, but add an e before and suddenly there’s possibility. In this case, eXploration… exploring who you really are. Through exploration, you find what lights you up and what drains you. You notice who lifts your energy and who dims it. You identify who helps you remember your truth, and who pulls you away from it.

Every question, every pause, every honest look inward is part of discovering the treasure that’s been within you the whole time. When we stop chasing and start listening, we realize the map we’ve been following is written in our own heartbeat.

👉For the next few days, you’re invited to notice who and what lights you up, and who or what drains you. Pay attention. Let it become a gentle daily check-in. Awareness is the first step toward honoring what’s true.

🦉 “Ah, young grasshopper… vulnerability isn’t weakness. It’s not about revealing everything to everyone. It’s the quiet wisdom to know when the armor can rest. The pearl doesn’t shout to be seen… it simply opens when it’s safe.”

✨ (from ReNae) Vulnerability… a loaded word. We’re told to put ourselves out there. Be seen. Show up as ourselves. Share what’s on our mind. Let others in on what we’re feeling. It’s a lot. Yet when we do, we’re showing our humanness. We’re trusting in others, in ourselves. We become real and allow ourselves to feel. To receive. To love. ❤️

We’ve all had moments where being vulnerable has bitten us. Maybe we opened up and it wasn’t met with care, or shared something that was later used against us. What I’ve learned, though, is that vulnerability is where connection begins. It doesn’t mean revealing everything. It means speaking honestly when it matters and knowing when silence is peace, not fear.

Sometimes we wear masks to protect ourselves until it feels safe to take them off. That’s not weakness. That’s wisdom. Vulnerability isn’t about tearing down every wall. It’s about letting more light in, one honest moment at a time. It’s trusting that the right people will meet you there and that being true to yourself is always worth it. It doesn’t drain your strength. It reveals it. And it reminds you that connection isn’t found in perfection. It’s found in being the true you.

👉 I invite you to be an observer today. Where and with whom do you feel safe enough to be real?

🦉 “Ah, little one… uncertainty isn’t the villain it pretends to be. It’s the doorway to discovery. When the map fades, life isn’t ending. It’s opening, and the blank roads hold treasures you’d never find if every turn were drawn for you.”

✨ (from ReNae) Uncertainty can feel unsettling. Our minds crave the clear path, the step-by-step instructions, the guarantee that we’re heading the right way. Yet, some of my greatest memories were adventures in disguise, and they started with no map at all.

In our home, we live life by the motto . In the moment, it can feel frustrating, messy, and unpredictable. Later though, those same moments turn into the stories I tell again and again. So many times I didn’t know the way or how a situation would turn out. Yet I trusted myself and those I was with. I looked for the humor in the moment rather than starting a fight that wouldn’t solve anything. And sure enough, it always became a story worth retelling.

Uncertainty isn’t a sign that you’re lost. It’s an invitation to step into something bigger. To trust your intuition, to lean into possibility, and to discover treasures you weren’t even looking for. 🧭

👉I invite you to notice: where in your life right now are you being asked to walk forward without a map? Can you find humor instead of frustration when things feel uncertain? What if you treated the moment as a story you’ll be excited to tell later?

🦉 “Ah, young seeker… trust isn't sound from fairly dust. It’s built slow and steady, brick by brick, with mortar of patience and care. Yet the googly eye knows: one careless act can ripple through the foundation, and walls that took years to rise can tumble in a moment.”

✨ (from ReNae) Oooh trust, that’s a word I have a history with! Having been in relationships where trust was missing... where lies led to fights, jealousy, and constant suspicion... I can vouch for how much that kind of environment can wear you down. You start questioning everything, even yourself.

Once I landed in a relationship where trust was part of the foundation, it took time to believe it was real. Having trust felt foreign at first. Now, I’m blown away by the difference. We both cherish the healthy relationship we’ve built, and we hold it sacred. There’s peace, freedom, and space to actually be.

And then there’s self-trust. That’s been its own journey. In past relationships, I lost trust for myself. I second-guessed, placed that trust in someone else’s hands, only to have it taken advantage of. Rebuilding self-trust meant listening to that inner knowing instead of doubting it. As I did, self-esteem, confidence, belief in myself… all of it began to return.

Trust is fragile, yes. It can be broken in a moment. And yet it’s also fundamental. Once it’s lost, rebuilding takes time, patience, and sometimes the humility to ask for a do-over… in relationships with others AND with ourselves.

👉 I invite you take a moment to explore this. On a scale of 1 to 10, how much do you trust yourself? How much trust do you have in the relationships in your life?

🦉 “Ah, seeker… silence is not emptiness. It is fullness disguised. The googly eye knows: where noise distracts, silence reveals. It's the space where whispers of truth grow loud enough to be heard.”

✨ (from ReNae) Silence and meditation have been some of my greatest teachers. It’s uncomfortable at first because the mind wants to fill the space, rush past it, or cover it with noise. Yet when I stay with it, silence shows me things I would have missed otherwise. My intuition grows clearer, my nervous system resets, and insights surface that I didn’t even know were waiting.

I experienced this most profoundly through a 10-day Vipassana retreat. I’ve attended three times, twice as a student and once as a server. As a student, I entered noble silence for 10 whole days! I’ve always had a narrator in my head, but during Vipassana that narrator finally went quiet. For the first time, I experienced silence on the inside as well as the outside. It was powerful! I was deeply connected with my intuition, my inner knowing, and my higher self.

Silence isn’t just the absence of sound. It’s the presence of deeper knowing. The presence of you.

👉 I invite you to carve out a pocket of silence today. Five minutes without your phone, without talking, without filling the space. Just listening. Notice what comes through.

✨ P.S. If you’ve been loving these teachings from Zen Master Woo, they’re all coming together in the ABCs of Woo ebook, releasing October 8th. Sign up through the link in my bio.

🦉 “Ah, little grasshopper… the world will always clap for the one who pushes harder, yet the googly eye knows a secret: wisdom whispers when you close your eyes. Rest isn't wasted time. It's the hidden workshop where clarity, focus, and energy are rebuilt.”

✨ (from ReNae) This is an area I continue to work on. My default is to push through, to keep going. I even add “rest” to my to-do list sometimes, just to remind myself to use the same tools I share with clients. And when I do, I find the time I spent resting has cleared my mind, reset my focus, inspired me, motivated me.

Not everyone is able to nap (including me), yet rest doesn’t have to mean sleep. Closing your eyes, even briefly, shifts you into an alpha brainwave state. You can tune into your breath. Notice the sensations in your body. Breathe more deeply. And if closing your eyes doesn’t feel safe for you, start slow: ten seconds, then fifteen, then thirty, then one minute. It’s a practice, not a race.

👉 I invite you to take five minutes (or more if you’re ready) to close your eyes and tune in today. Give yourself permission to rest. To simply be.

09/29/2025

🦉 “Ah, curious one… not every question deserves an answer. Some are meant to stretch, to wobble, to keep you curious. Even the googly eye knows: answers close a door, but the right question leaves it wide open.”

✨ (from ReNae) Something I’ve learned through my own journey is this: the questions we ask ourselves shape the reality we live in. Our brains are always listening, always searching for a response. Ask, “Why can’t I ever get this right?” and your mind will gather every reason you fall short, often spiraling you into a negative state. But ask, “What’s one thing I can try today?” and suddenly, new possibilities appear. Empowering questions create energy and momentum. Disempowering ones drain it.

And just as important are the questions we ask others. When we lead with curiosity instead of assumptions, we open space for connection. Asking with the intent to understand, rather than to prove, changes the dynamic entirely. It builds trust, clarity, and authenticity in ways that simple statements never can.

👉 I invite you to pause here and notice: do you tend to ask yourself empowering or disempowering questions? If you catch yourself in the latter, try reframing. One intentional shift in your question can unlock an entirely different answer.

🦉 “Ah, young seeker… presence is rarer than diamonds. You guard your jewels, lock them in safes, yet you scatter your moments without a thought. The googly eye knows: diamonds sparkle once light hits them. Presence sparkles the moment you give it. Spend it wisely.”

✨ (from ReNae) Presence is something I’m always working on. Cell phones and distractions pull me away so easily. When I’m with my kid or my hunny, I’ve learned to notice: am I really here, or am I splitting my attention? In sessions, I often close my eyes so I can tune in more deeply, to really feel the energy and share from that intuitive place.

For me, presence doesn’t demand perfection. It asks for my attention. It asks me to notice the breath in my chest, the person in front of me, the life happening right now. Like diamonds, it’s rare… but unlike diamonds, I have the power to choose it in any moment.

The ABCs of Woo remind us: presence is the jewel that can’t be bought, only given.

👉 Where could you offer the gift of your presence today?

🦉 “Ah, young seeker… opportunity can be a trickster. Sometimes it sneaks in, wrapped so small you almost toss it aside, wondering if it matters. Other times it barges in like a storm, scattering papers, rattling your calm, tossing googly eyes across the room. Yet whether it whispers or thunders, it’s still a doorway. The wise one does not get fooled by the wrapping or startled by the storm. They pause, they notice, and they choose how to step… even if that step is a wobbly one.”

✨ (from ReNae) Some of the biggest openings in my life didn’t look like blessings at first. They showed up as endings, chaos, or change I never asked for: a workforce reduction, relationship shifts, even stumbling into Woo when I wasn’t “looking.” None of them were tied up with a bow. All of them stretched me into someone new.

What helped was pausing long enough to feel into the opportunity. To ask myself, “is this the right thing for me?” If yes, I stepped. If not yet, I allowed myself to wait. Either way, I was practicing trust, leaning more into listening than chasing.

That’s the thing with opportunity: it rarely arrives polished. Sometimes it comes with lightning. Sometimes with silence. Either way, the practice is the same: notice the door, decide if it’s yours, and if it is, step through it with trust.

👉 Where is life offering you an opening right now, even if it doesn’t look the way you expected?
