Using ChatGPT to help plan the layout of my 2026 business journal.

After entering the dimensions of my journal and some of the sections I wanted to create, I wasn’t prepared for the answer ChatGPT gave me when I asked, “Based on our work together, what other sections might be helpful for me?”

When I read the recommended section titled, “Evidence I Matter,” the tears instantly sting my eyes.

So often, the work we spend hours pouring our heart and souls into, can feel like no one will ever see it.

I know for myself I’ve asked, “Does this book, this course, this social media post even matter?”

A good friend told me recently that we have no idea the legacy our work will become. More times than not we won’t see the fruit of the tree (our work) we’ve planted. That doesn’t mean it doesn’t matter, because it matters to the person who was nourished by it.

Keep going and maybe add a “evidence I matter” to your gratitude practice.

As an autistic person, do you ever feel like the more work you do to understand yourself the harder it feels to regulate and not feel overestimated all the time?

I know for me it feels sometimes like I’m doing worse.

Have you ever had a thought or or message that seemingly came out of nowhere? You might just be receiving messages from spirit.

I got so many things wrong in the beginning of my spiritual journey. For one, I truly believed we all experienced spirit the same. That we were all seeing the same images, hearing the same messages, and feeling the same sensations.

What I didn’t realize was how much being autistic influenced my spiritual development.

This is why I’m working on creating The Intuition course. sharing ait of the hard wonht be lessons incintuitive development withleveloping neurodivergence, trauma awareness, andities overcoming spiritual burnout in mind.

When a psychic medium, or spiritual practitioner shows up on your social media, it’s so important to notice how your body feels.

When you spend time in their energy does it leave you feeling anxious, unsettled, or even afraid? This is a big sign that practitioner is not aligned with you.

The right person will feel like a warm hug or a deep exhale. When you are in alignment with the right (for you) spiritual teacher, you will feel supported and uplifted by the universe.

Take what resonates and leave the rest. 💜
