We are coming into flu/rsv season. No one needs to kiss your baby. No one needs to hold your baby unless you are comfortable with it. Everyone needs to wash their hands before holding your baby. These are some non-negotiables that I personally had when my daughter was born. I encourage you to have yours too.

You might have some people offended by whatever boundaries you choose to set, but at the end of the day you are protecting that precious vulnerable baby of yours and that’s ALL that matters.

If I could give my daughter 3 things, it would be the confidence to always know her self-worth, the strength to chase her dreams, and the ability to know how truly, deeply loved she is.

The sparkle in her eyes is my guiding light and her smile, is my life's purpose.

Im beyond honored to be a part of this panel discussion

Nurses are the backbone of our healthcare system. Nurses are an ear to listen and a voice to advocate. Nurses inspire others
as well as make an impact daily.

Nurses went through so much during the pandemic which led to burnout as well as many who left the nursing field or considered leaving.
