I’m always trying to keep core exercises fun and interesting. If you have access to a and want shredded abs then try these Bosu Hallow Lifts.

Starting from spinal extension and lifting into spinal flexion with arms stretched over head, you will maximize abdominal activation. The Bosu ball will challenge stability and help improve postural control during higher level unexpected movements. These would be great for and . I would suggest doing a controlled 3 sets of 3 with a 10 second hallow hold on the last repetition.
