How do we build the “alignment muscle” so purpose feels real? 🤔

It starts with your four bodies:
1️⃣Physical body: sleep well, eat well, move your body, meditate.
2️⃣Emotional body: allow your emotions to be, don’t repress them.
3️⃣Mental body: focus on feeling empowered, not on optimism or pessimism.
4️⃣Egoic body: connect with something greater than yourself — a spiritual sense of I AM.
When all four bodies are aligned, you reach the state of I AM… fully present, fully connected, fully alive.

Urgency often sounds like pressure, fear, or the need to prove something.

Alignment feels quieter… but steadier.
It comes from listening instead of rushing, trusting instead of forcing. Not everything needs to happen right now. Some things need space, clarity, and honesty before they move forward.

This year, you’re allowed to slow down enough to ask yourself: does this feel aligned with who I am becoming or am I just reacting?

Choose the path that feels calm in your body.
That’s usually the right one.
