Description
In this integrative journey of self-care, we’ll begin with gentle yoga and then move into guided meditation and a healing sound bath. Or you can come only for the meditation and sound healing experience! This workshop will support you to relax your body, calm your mind, clear stuck energy, and activate your body’s natural healing systems.
Please bring your yoga mat, strap, two blocks and water. You may also want to bring a blanket, pillow and eye covering for the sound bath. Limited extra mats, blocks and straps will be available. Workshops start promptly at 3:00 pm; please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Stacey Paige, instructor.
