πŸ”Έ Women just like men, or anyone else can deadlift, even should Deadlift! The Deadlift is one of the best hip hinging exercises to build a great lower body.

πŸ”Έ It is one of the pillars of fitness, along with Squatting, Pressing, Pulling and Pressing!

πŸ”ΈAlso when engaging the core, it probably is single handily one of the best exercises to strengthen the deep core musculature!

πŸ”‘: The Key is Great Form/Technique, Great Coaching, Doing only what you can handle, and lastly having FUN!
