This Full Moon arrives with a very clear message:
stop performing.

Full Moons are always about release, but this one in Leo asks you to let go of something specific, the version of you that’s been shaped by expectation, image, or the need to be seen a certain way.

Learning Reiki was one of the foundational turning points in my own healing journey. It didn’t just teach me a modality, it opened the door to trusting my intuition, understanding energy, and accessing deeper layers of healing that I hadn’t been able to reach before.

Reiki has a way of quietly unlocking other paths: emotional release, nervous system regulation, spiritual awareness, and a deeper connection to self. Whether you choose to use it for personal healing, to support loved ones, or as part of a broader healing practice, it becomes a tool you carry with you for life.

This training is an initiation into self-healing, energetic awareness, and learning how to work with Reiki in a way that’s practical, embodied, and intuitive.
