This Full Moon arrives with a very clear message:

Learning Reiki was one of the foundational turning points in my own healing journey. It didn’t just teach me a modality, it opened the door to trusting my intuition, understanding energy, and accessing deeper layers of healing that I hadn’t been able to reach before.

Reiki has a way of quietly unlocking other paths: emotional release, nervous system regulation, spiritual awareness, and a deeper connection to self. Whether you choose to use it for personal healing, to support loved ones, or as part of a broader healing practice, it becomes a tool you carry with you for life.

This training is an initiation into self-healing, energetic awareness, and learning how to work with Reiki in a way that’s practical, embodied, and intuitive.

Happy Holidays 💜

As the year comes to a close, we just want to say thank you. Thank you for showing up, trusting us with your energy, your healing, your stories, and your time this year. It truly means more than we can put into words.

We also want to gently acknowledge that the holidays can feel many different ways. For some, they’re full of joy and connection. For others, they can feel quiet, heavy, or tender, especially if you’re grieving, navigating change, or feeling a bit alone. If that’s you, please know you’re not alone in it, even if it feels that way right now.

This season is an invitation to slow down, reflect, and give yourself permission to feel whatever is present, without pressure to make it look a certain way. Rest when you need to. Step back when you need to. Let the quiet be nourishing.
