What a ride.

The last 2 years of owning Venture have been so challenging and even more rewarding. I have gotten to meet so many cool people between other business owners and patients. I have had the privilege to hear so many stories and do my best to encourage and help so many people. I say it all the time, but I have the coolest job. To get to play a small part in helping people participate in activities that bring them joy, and to watch people crush their goals.

I started Venture when the clinic I was working for closed suddenly, leaving me without a job at the start of the next month. I'm thankful it happened that way because I didn't have time to be afraid or to overthink it. Not to say I didn't second guess my decision 1000 times. I have learned and grown SO much in the last few years. I have no idea what the future will hold long-term, but I have a feeling it's going to be really cool.

Thank you to everyone who trusted me with your care! Please send me a text and let me know how you're doing, I love to hear it! And let me know if you're ever in Denver! And to my friends who supported me and helped me move stuff in and out of the clinic more than once and hyped me up on Instagram, a huge thank you!

And special shout-out to for mentoring me and encouraging me on all the days I was ready to give up.

I'm so proud of what I built, and I can't wait to see what happens next!

Hi everyone!

This is such a bittersweet post, and I’m honestly having a hard time finding the right words. Venture Physical Therapy will be closing it’s physical location at the end of February 2024. My husband, dogs, and I are moving back to Colorado, and I am so excited, but also so heartbroken to leave my clients, Venture, and Raleigh behind. I would love to see as many of you as I can before I leave!

I am filled with SO much gratitude for all of you. I opened Venture in April of 2023 after I was unexpectedly let go from my job and decided to take a chance on myself. The last 2 years have been full of so much learning and growth. I couldn’t have done this without all of you believing in me, and I am forever grateful to everyone that has helped me get here. I could go on and on about what starting Venture has meant to me, and how privileged I feel to get to work with some of the most amazing clients, but I’ll spare you guys from all the tears.

Good news! Venture isn’t closing completely! I will still be able to see patients virtually for those who are interested, just send me a text or email and we can talk about that transition!

There are some amazing PT’s in the area that are more than capable to take over care for those who prefer in-person visits. Feel free to send me a message and I'm happy to connect you with those PTs!

Please never hesitate to reach out with questions or updates, I would love to hear from all of you and will always be cheering you on! (And if you ever happen to be in Denver and need a PT, come see me!)

It has been an absolute joy to play a role in your journey to meet your goals of pain-relief, strength, mobility, longevity, and more.
