The IFS conference in St Charles, IL was a great opportunity to deepen my love for IFS and incorporate new skills. I also got to reconnect with a couplev of my IFS Costa Rica retreat friends and a couple of PA's who were in my IFS training. Love my IFS community and support!

While in Costa Rica, I discovered a tree toad in my toilet on two separate occasions and a humongous one while I was alone in a sacred setting. He came up to me, sat, and stared for a couple seconds and hopped out. Yesterday, on my way out the door, a tiny toad was on my railing staring at me... it never moved or wavered. There's a definite message there... frog energy. 🐸

As I reflect on my recent journey to Costa Rica, I am reminded that I embody the resilience and strength of my remarkable Ancestors. I am the living manifestation of their courageous spirits, who paved the way for me to stand tall today. Their wisdom and guidance flow through my veins, illuminating my path and fueling my passions. Their aspirations continue to inspire me, nurturing my soul and driving me forward. I am the realization of my Ancestors' most cherished dreams!!! Thank you for an incredible IFS LWPS retreat!
