Our 44-acre gated community is filled with private homes which you own, a Clubhouse full of state of the art amenities, breathtaking landscapes, and award winning services. Our gated, 44 beautifully landscaped acres includes 205 private homes, the community’s hub, the Clubhouse, charming streets, a community garden, lakes, waterfalls, and walking paths, and the award-winning Rosewood Health Center.
