My newest creation, It has chicken, cottage cheese, lite sour cream, beans, corn, lentils, salsa.
I had some for my meal and made 6 portions for my freezer meal collection.
So yummy on a carb balance tortilla with some cheese. 😋

Hey Y'all. Went to see my surgeon today for my 6 month appointment. I am only down 11 lbs. He is not happy. He gave me some things to work on. Including setting an alarm to eat every 2-3 hours. With my schedule change I have been forgetting to eat. Fingers crossed for the next 6 months.

I never seem to have enough time. Theres the constant rush to try getting everything done. I just took out the wash and found my TV remote in there. 😪 Just another episode on "What else can go wrong today." Tune in later, for some more things that have gone wrong. Lol.
