CAUTION – Please remember to check the heat source in your dental mechanical rooms.
As a reminder, dental vacuum systems rely on a significant water supply. If temperatures drop and water inside these pumps freezes and expands, it can cause catastrophic equipment damage and result in significant flooding.
This notice is especially important for practices with outdoor mechanical rooms, where exposure to cold temperatures is more likely. Please ensure all appropriate heating and freeze-prevention measures are in place.
Taking a few minutes now to verify conditions can help prevent costly repairs and downtime.

Katana One Speed Issue! Lot Shade A3. If you are getting odd errors on your Prime Mill during the manufacturing process, if using shade A3 check for the above lot #. We have identified that there are about 400 boxes with this lot #. Work around is simple, just choose another block with a different lot # and return your defective blocks to your rep for credit.
