Meal replacements can be a major hack for a busy wellness/weight loss journey or for those needing to lose weight quickly in preparation for surgery. đź’Ş Currently testing a number of meal replacement products and sharing my secrets to elevate and personalize the taste to your palate preference!

Today I tried the Numetra Tortilla Soup (vegetarian) - I have to say, it tastes pretty good!

Tip: Simply adding fresh cilantro and scallions takes the flavor to a gourmet level!

Most days, lunch is a mad dash. But I refuse to settle for a bland salad!

My secret to a quick, delicious, and healthy lunch? I make my own salad dressings in bulk and freeze them in small pouches. They’re ready to go whenever I am!

A few tips to make your salad pop:
• Use what you have: Get creative with whatever veggies and herbs are in your fridge.
• Add fresh herbs: Scallions, cilantro, or parsley can completely transform a salad.
• Make it colorful: The more vibrant it is, the more you’ll want to eat it.
• Serve it in a nice bowl: You eat with your eyes first!
