79 yo male that had a comminuted peritrochanteric fracture with a basicervical femoral neck fracture 1 year ago. Converted to a THA with robotic assistance. Was 29mm short pre op based on templating. He is now +2 mm long. Great technology for restoring leg lengths and guiding proximal body sized for offset.

77 yo male with a history of multiple hereditary exostoses. Past bilateral patellar fractures. Valgus list when ambulatory. No great endpoint with further valgus stress. Deformity was correctable. Used robotics to plan resection levels of distal femur and proximal tibia. Was also helpful in setting rotation (all off label).

63 yo male with a history of a “childhood femur issue” requiring surgery slides out on bike while training for a triathlon. What are you doing for this? Who would have cemented? Who would have gone more distal with fixation? Fibrous dysplasia? I used a fully coated HA stem with bone grafting to proximal femur and will protect weight bearing for 6 weeks. totalknee
