I help people examine their health while providing ongoing support and guidance to help you set personal goals and make sustainable changes that improve not only your physical health but your mental health too. There is a ton of contradictory nutrition advice and diets out there and I will help you navigate a path that works best for you to make necessary changes. Because, it’s not very often a person gets an hour of personal attention discussing their health and nutrition goals with a professional? As a wellness coach, I create a comfortable and supportive environment that will enable you to achieve your health goals. I have studied many of the major dietary theories and I use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you. So, instead of creating a list of restrictions of good and bad foods, I coach clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of judgment. No ONE diet or fitness program works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you and I will also help you make gradual, lifelong changes and habits that help you reach your health goals.

⏰ Arrival & Timing
• Arrive 10–15 minutes early
• Please avoid arriving more than 15 minutes early
• Classes begin & end on time, doors lock at start of class
• Stay through savasana

🧘 Registration & Cancellations
• Limited spots + waitlists
• Cancellations within 1 hour of class or no-shows lose a class credit

Welcoming new faces into the studio never gets old.
Truly. 💚

There’s something really special about meeting someone new—seeing that post-yoga glow, or hearing a simple takeaway from one of our wellness chats. Those moments remind me why this space exists.

But what’s even better than me seeing new faces…
is watching this community welcome them in.

Whether you’re new to YogaWell or have been practicing with me for years—you belong. Together, we’ve created a welcoming space where we truly live our yoga, and I’m incredibly grateful for this community.

When your hips are tight, it’s rarely just about the hips.
