✨ Vinyasa Level 2-3 — Mondays at 6 PM with Mary
An energizing class with creative transitions, arm balances, and a faster flow. Perfect for those who want to move, sweat, and explore new edges.
🌿 Vinyasa Level 1-2 — Tuesdays at 6:30 PM with Tracy
Similar in energy, but with a bit more focus on alignment, mindful pacing, and options for all levels. Beginners are absolutely welcome — you’ll still feel that good, strong heat!
💪 Gentle Strength & Stretch — Tuesdays at 5 PM
Ideal for those newer to yoga or anyone craving a slower, grounding practice. Gentle movement, light strengthening, and plenty of stretching to help you feel balanced and at ease.
