This week we’re exploring Eagle Pose. 🦅
Yes — it has a ton of physical benefits...
Stronger ankles. Healthier shoulders. Better balance and focus.
But more than that… it teaches us something.
Eagle is wrapped. Compressed. A little uncomfortable.
And instead of rushing out, we breathe.
I can feel anxious, but I don’t have to panic.
I can feel behind, but I’m not failing.
I can feel insecure, but I am still worthy.
That’s the real practice. 💚
