Therapeutic massage, or as I like to call it, Integrative massage.

Bodywork that is customized to your needs and goals using any/all techniques and tools available to me. Bodies are not all the same and do not heal the same. Your treatment should not be a one-size-fits-all either.

All sessions are integrative and inclusive to best help you.

Looking to destress, loosen up tense areas, soothe some shoulder pain, gain some flexibility in your legs and want extra time on your feet? I got you.

Want to focus on neck, shoulders and upper back only, working out those rock hard tension areas? I got you.

Want me to "work on what needs it, use my judgement". I got you.

Training for an event and need a head to toe session that isn't going to tax your body more but soothe those tired muscles and get the blood and lymph flowing merrily? I got you.

I am here for you when you are ready.

Also.... In case no one told you, deep tissue is not the same as deep pressure (heavy). Deep tissue does not need to hurt to be effective. Everyone has different tolerances and preferences. Hurt does not equal heal. Your nervous system will be the judge of that. Healing is not linear. Do what works for you.

Walk- it- out for Wellness Wednesday! 👣👣👣

Join me for the first month of Monthly Movement Tracker! Yeah, the name isn't terribly cool but you get the idea. (My other idea was Feral Fitness... still kinda prefer that)

The focus this month is miles. Walk, jog, run, skip... However you'd like to get your steps in.

Set a monthly goal and some weekly checkpoints for yourself. On Wednesdays we can post and share our progress. Screenshot this calendar (or use your own) or grab it from my stories. I'll post my weekly updates and the end of the month results there as well.
