New provider alert 🚨 Meet Jaimison Peckham!

Originally from just outside Memphis, Jaimison made her way to Kansas City to pursue her education and never looked back. With a background rooted in sports, competition, and teamwork, her passion naturally evolved into leadership, coaching, and helping others perform at their best.

She earned her Exercise Science degree from the University of Arkansas (Woo Pig!) before continuing her journey at Cleveland University-Kansas City to become a chiropractor.

Jaimison is all about patient education and evidence-based care, helping you move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what you love with confidence 💪

Outside the clinic, she’s probably watching college hoops, exploring a new coffee spot, getting “walked” by her golden retriever Murphy (he runs the show), hitting a group fitness class, or catching a KC game.

Meet Eli 👋

We’re excited to welcome Eli Hay to our Liberty clinic! Born and raised in Lawson, Missouri ( ), Eli brings a strong background in movement and performance to the F.I.T. team. He earned his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Northwest Missouri State and his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Graceland University all while continuing to serve in the Missouri Army National Guard 🇺🇸

Eli’s passion for sports and movement led him to a career where he can help others get back to doing what they love. Whether it’s returning to the gym, the field, or everyday life without pain, he’s all about giving patients the tools to become the best version of themselves.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find Eli with his wife Devynne and their dog Benji, in the gym, out on the golf course (usually near the OB stakes 😅), or hunting with friends.

We’re excited to introduce Alex Stanek, OT, who is joining our Leawood clinic!

Born and raised in Overland Park, Alex brings both a strong local connection and an impressive background as a former collegiate athlete competing at Drury University before finishing her degree at Pittsburg State and earning her graduate degree from Rockhurst University.

Alex found her passion for outpatient hand therapy right here at F.I.T. during her fieldwork rotation, and now she’s back as a provider, continuing to grow through our hand mentorship program. She’s driven by building meaningful connections and helping patients achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.

For Alex, there’s nothing more rewarding than giving patients the tools, confidence, and support to take on challenges and get back to doing what they love.

Fun fact: Alex has two big dogs, Koe and Kisner, who are fully convinced they’re lap dogs 🐶 She also loves spending time outdoors, especially on the golf course, and traveling with her family to watch her brother play in the MLB.
