✨ Meet Your Creator – Sabbath & Sage LLC ✨
Hi everyone 🤍 My name is Kennedy Geesey, I’m 25 (turning 26 this May), and I’m the heart behind Sabbath & Sage LLC. I live in Red Lion, York PA with my loving, devoted husband who works alongside me and supports me endlessly, and our high-spirited, ultra sassy, and incredibly intelligent 2-year-old daughter, Journee-Rae.
Sabbath & Sage isn’t just a business… it’s a piece of my testimony, my healing, and my walk with God.
Back in 2019, I struggled deeply with addiction. I was lost, broken, and searching for something to hold onto. That season of my life led me into seeking mental health support, but more importantly, it brought me closer to God. Through that journey, I found Him in ways I never had before. I learned how to sit with Him, talk with Him, and truly feel His presence. He met me in my lowest moments and slowly began rebuilding me into who I am today.
Even before that, my journey with healing looked different. Around the age of 13, I was diagnosed with a pre-cancerous stomach condition. From then on, my body became extremely sensitive to what I call “modern” or man-made medicine. That forced me to spend most of my teenage and young adult years searching for more natural, gentle, and holistic ways to care for my body.
That’s where my love for aromatherapy and natural healing began 🌿
Over time, I realized something so powerful—God truly placed everything we need here on this earth. We just have to learn how to find it, understand it, and use it with intention.
So I asked myself… why not combine my love for God with my love for natural healing?
And that’s how Sabbath & Sage LLC was born 🤍
A space where I can share my love for the Lord through His creation—using natural botanicals, oils, and aromas to bring peace, comfort, and intention into your home.
Now let me tell you a little more about me as a person…
I’ve always been “the strange one” — the one drawn to the odd and the beautiful in unexpected ways. I collect rocks, pick flowers, and yes… I talk to trees 🌿 I find peace in nature and magic in the little things most people overlook.
I also love to go to rock concerts—some of my favorite bands are Falling in Reverse and Skillet 🎶 I love coloring, singing at the top of my lungs, and embracing creativity whenever I can.
I’m a huge fan of all things spooky—horror movies, eerie aesthetics, and Halloween is hands down my favorite holiday 🖤
But despite all my dark, quirky, and “odd” traits… I’ve always been told I’m one of God’s strongest soldiers. I’m the friend who will sit with you in your pain, listen without judgment, wipe your tears, and then lovingly tell you to stand back up and keep going.
Because that’s what God has done for me.
Through my strength, I’ve learned how to soften. I’ve learned how to embrace both the light and the dark within myself—because God created both. And there is beauty, purpose, and growth in each.
Sabbath & Sage is a reflection of that balance.
Faith and nature. Strength and softness. Light and shadow.
