đĽ Mediterranean Lettuce Wraps
Light, satisfying, and hormone-friendlyâthese are perfect for busy days when you want to feel really good after you eat.
Youâll need:
2 romaine leaves
3 oz grilled chicken
1 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
1 small cucumber, chopped
1 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Pinch of parsley, oregano, rosemary, salt & pepper
To make:
Mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice & herbs for a quick dressing. Load everything into the romaine leaves and drizzle the dressing on top. Done.
