As we start this new year, we'd like to highlight some of our amazing employees! We are very excited to announce Stephenie Louis, Owens Chico Manager, was awarded the 2025 Royce Friesen Leadership Award!!!

This award honors leadership that reflects the vision and values of our founder, Royce Friesen. It goes to someone who not only leads but inspires—someone who treats this company as if it were their own.

This year’s recipient has made remarkable progress, taking full responsibility for the Chico location and implementing positive changes that prioritize patients and referral partners. She leads by example, setting the bar high for her team and going the extra mile every single day—whether it’s making a patient happy, resolving an order issue, or advocating with insurance companies to keep a sick patient on therapy. Her team loves working with her, and patients and referral sources rave about her dedication. Her leadership is defined by passion, accountability, and relentless commitment to excellence.
